Brooke. California. Saved by Christ on February 26, 2011.
Santa Cruz. Tea. Books. Those lovely late-night conversations. Guitar. Bass. Piano. Worship. The ocean.
I strive to shine the love and passion of Christ through everything I do, though I am nothing more than an unworthy, terrible sinner.
I'm always up for a conversation with deep sentences and long replies. I live off of beautiful memories.

Sleep well, darling. Wherever you are, I hope that you’re happy tonight.
Yes.
HEY I JUST MET YOU
AND THIS IS CRAZY
BUT HERES A BIBLE
SO JESUS, MAYBE
Are you ok? I love you and I’m praying for you so much.
I was on the way home from my friend’s house, and I really needed to get wax because my braces were poking me. Haha. And the only stores open at 10:30 are downtown.
You’re been to Motown?! Haha. Unfortunately, it’s not much better in the daytime. Lol.
Ah, Modesto at night. You have the homeless and drunks aimlessly walking the streets, the gamblers and drinkers smoking outside of the clubs, and whenever you stop at a red light, you are most likely stopped next to a gangster that could pull a gun on you at any second. I’m not discriminating, because I love them all with Christ’s love, but it’s quite scary.
Nothing scarier than driving through downtown Modesto at night.
I’ve been in the same place as you, but, by the grace of God, I got through it, and I can see now that He had much better things in store for me. Please don’t. I love you. Please. I don’t care who you are, or what you’re going through. I love you. But more importantly, God loves you immensely. He will make all things work together for your good. Romans 8:28. It may not seem like it right now, but the pain has a purpose. You’re going to make it through this, and when you look back a year from now, you’re going to see that it was worth it. Living was worth it. I want you to go make yourself a cup of tea, grab your Bible, put on some piano music, and take a bath. Sound good? I promise you it will help. I love you, ok? We all love you. If you’re comfortable, you can come off anonymous and I’d love to talk to you. All of us on here would love to talk to you.

Today is one year and three months.
Praise the Lord!
This is what we have for dinner after church when I have to be there early for worship practice. Frozen yogurt. :)
